I have worked with systems including Salesforce CPQ, HALO ITSM, NEO and MIDAS, investigating order and data issues, validating information before it reaches downstream teams and coordinating across departments and providers.
My work also includes practical digital projects, including business website structure, responsive design, testing, optimisation and deployment preparation.
